The morning and evenings are great times to fish topwater mice, but you can also fish over heavy cover during the middle of the day and get some bass to come up and strike a soft plastic mouse. There are way more frogs on the market than mice, but there are some soft plastic mice that need to rigged as well as pre-rigged mice baits.
