The Hillsboro Inlet is a great fishing spot for many different fish. You also have numerous docks, canals and bridges to fish in this area.

Fort Lauderdale is a great deep sea fishing destination. Anglers come here from all over the country to fish these offshore waters. There are several deep sea fishing charters in the area to take you out on a fishing trip. The target species will vary depending on the seasons, but some of the fish that are targeted here offshore are grouper, snapper, cobia, king mackerel, amberjack, barracuda, sharks, mahi mahi, tuna, billfish, wahoo and others.
