Curly tail grubs are one of the better soft plastic baits for spotted bass. Just like smallmouth bass, the spotted bass will chase these grubs and they these baits are the perfect size for the smaller mouth on the spotted bass. Choose the 3 to 5 inch curly tail grubs and you’ll get a lot of action.
Twin tail grubs work great for spotted bass. Use the regular twin tail grubs alone or as a trailer on a bass jig. The skirted twin tail grubs are great by themselves and the action they create on the fall drives spotted bass crazy.
