Bream or Sunfish (Bluegill, Redear, Pumpkinseed, etc.)
Bluegill and other sunfish are common in many of the lakes in this area. most of the lakes are bass and bluegill lakes with other species too. Rock bass are also found in many of the lakes as well.

Crappie
Some of the lakes in this area will have very good crappie fishing for numbers and big fish too. You can find crappie in a lot of the lakes in this region. Spring is the best time to target them as they move into the bays and can be found around all types of vegetation and wood.

Yellow Perch
Perch can be found in many of the area lakes as well. You will usually have to sort through a lot of smaller perch to find the jumbo perch. In the spring, perch are pretty easy to catch as they move into the bays and can usually be found around all types of vegetation.
