Pearl Lake is primarily known for its northern pike, largemouth bass, and panfish. Walleye are also available, but since suitable spawning habitat is lacking for walleye, this lake relies on stocking to provide a catchable walleye fishery. Panfish include bluegill, crappie and perch.
