Port Washington is the county seat of Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. The city is located on Lake Michigan’s western shore and this community is a suburb just north of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a nice harbor town to visit as people enjoy coming here to enjoy the outdoors by walking, boating, fishing and more. It is a popular port for fishing, especially for anglers pursuing salmon and trout. There are many fishing charters who operate out of Port Washington. They will usually be out targeting chinook and coho salmon to go along with steelhead, brown trout and lake trout.
