East Silent Lake is located in north central Otter Tail County approximately 6 miles west of Dent, MN. East Silent Lake is a 310 acre mesotrophic (moderately fertile) lake that is located within the Otter Tail River Watershed. The maximum depth is 48 feet and the water clarity is excellent. This lake is known as a good walleye lake and there are good numbers of walleye here. Northern pike and largemouth bass are the other game fish in this lake. Panfish include bluegill, crappie, rock bass and perch.
