Tillamook, OR

The city of Tillamook is located on the southeast end of Tillamook Bay.  With a population of more than 5,000 people, this is a larger city than most of these smaller, coastal towns found along the coast of Oregon.  There is a public airport here with an aviation museum that attracts people from all over.  Tillamook Bay is famous for its salmon and steelhead fishing.  Once the fish move into the bay and then the rivers to spawn, you will find plenty of anglers targeting these fish.  Good numbers of fish are caught with some very big fish too.
