Hammond is a 20 minute drive west of downtown Astoria.  Many people have heard of Astoria from the popular movie called The Goonies.  In Hammond, the scenery is beautiful and there is a marina that gives people access to the area waters.  With the Columbia River and the Pacific Ocean here, anglers can target a variety of fish such as salmon, steelhead, sturgeon, lingcod, rockfish and more.
