The spring is a good time to fish this lake, especially if you like fishing shallower. Most of the fish will be found shallower in the spring as water temperatures warm up. Anglers report good catches out of Cut Foot Sioux Lake and depending on the water temperatures, you may be able to find some of these fish stacked up as they move into this lake or as they move back out of the lake when they are done spawning. Find vegetation and rocks in the shallows and you should find some fish in the spring.
