3 Way Rig

Anglers like to use the 3-way swivel rig to rig actual lures so they can get them down to the bottom easier.  You can rig live minnows on there, but a spinner, spoon or minnow type bait can be very effective on this rig.  Slow troll it along the bottom and hang on.
