Crappie are available on Lake Texoma in good numbers. This lake is huge though, so it’s a lot easier to catch good numbers of bigger crappie in the spring as they move into the shallows to spawn. The creek arms will hold plenty of crappie and there is a lot of wood along the shorelines as well as brush piles at many different depths, so find some wood in the spring and you’ll have a shot at finding some crappie. Once they move out into deeper water, plan on needing good electronics to help you find these schools of fish from summer through winter.
