Fort Pierce Inlet
The Fort Pierce Inlet is one of the most popular spots to fish in this part of Florida. Anglers can fish the jetty from shore and there is plenty of room for boats to fish here as well. Boaters need to be careful with the currents and at times, there can be very heavy boat traffic moving back and forth through the inlet. The snook fishing is what many people think of when they hear about the Fort Pierce Inlet. When the snook are in the inlet, fishing can be lights out with many shore anglers and boaters being hooked up all at once.
Fish the Causeways
There are a couple of causeways very close to the inlet, so you have a lot of water move through here during tidal changes and fish don’t have to move far from the inlet to be get to these bridges. Anglers catch snook and a variety of other fish from shore and in boats around both of these causeways.
