Triggerfish Fishing in the Crystal River, Florida Area
There are a number of offshore fishing charters out of Crystal River that will fish for triggerfish, however, it is a good 40 to 50 mile boat ride out to some of the better bottom fishing structures in this area, so plan on a bit of a boat ride. For the charters that go out far enough, triggerfish can be caught around the reefs and wrecks. Most of the time, these fish will be caught by anglers who are fishing for grouper and snapper.
