Minnows | Brook Trout Fishing

Minnows can work well for brook trout. They will eat a variety of minnows, so you have some options. For most brook trout, the smaller minnows such as fathead minnows will work better. If you want to target a bigger brook trout, you can catch them on some of the bigger minnow baits, however, don’t go too big with them. Stay in the 3 to 4 inch range and you’ll get a lot more bites.
