Longboat Pass & Jetty
Many people enjoy visiting Longboat Pass & Jetty. There is a nice stretch of shoreline here to fish or just take in the beautiful scenery. Many species of fish move through this inlet, so it can be a very productive fishing spot at times. Fish during the tidal changes to experience better fishing.
Rod and Reel Pier
This pier did not make it through the recent hurricanes. We will have to wait to see what the city does with this structure as time goes on. Hopefully it can be rebuilt so people can enjoy it in the future.
Bradenton Beach City Pier
The City Pier is a popular place to visit in this area. The pier offers tremendous views, a nice restaurant and some good fishing too.

Fish the Beaches
These beaches are popular on Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key, so you’re going to find plenty of people out here, but there are enough access points that you should be able to find somewhere to fish from the surf in this area.
