Movil Lake totals 923 acres and has a maximum depth of 50 feet. It is located 5 miles north of Bemidji in Beltrami County. Movil Lake is part of a chain of eleven lakes known as the Turtle River chain. There is no public water access on Movil Lake, so boaters must access from Big Turtle Lake, which is directly upstream and connected by a navigable river channel. Anglers target northern pike, walleye, largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, rock bass and perch.
