Savant Lake
Savant Lake is a small town located about 42 miles north of Silver Dollar, Ontario. This town offers some very good fishing with some resorts and several outposts. Sturgeon Lake is the main lake in this area, but there are many outpost lakes and several smaller lakes in the area that offer good fishing. Anglers usually target northern pike, lake trout and walleye.

Silver Dollar is a small town located about 38 miles north of Ignace, Ontario. This town offers some very good fishing with some resorts and several outposts. Sturgeon Lake is the big draw here, but you can stay on the smaller lakes and do very well here for walleye, northern pike, lake trout and smallmouth bass.
