Welcome to our Palm Beaches Florida Fishing Home Page

The Palm Beaches consists of several towns and it is a beautiful area with plenty of outdoor and beach recreation to keep you busy on your vacation.  There are plenty of hotels, tons of restaurants and entertainment to go along with miles of beaches and some of the quickest access to the Gulf Stream waters in the state.

For the anglers, you can fish inshore, offshore and from the beaches here.  The Palm Beach Inlet is a great spot to fish for snook and other species of fish too.  If you want to go offshore, just head out of the inlet and you have a short boat ride out to the Gulf Stream waters that are home to a variety of pelagic species.

Inshore Fishing

The inshore fishing is excellent in the Palm Beach, County area.  Jupiter area. The Jupiter Inlet, Loxahatchee River, Palm Beach Inlet and the Indian River Lagoon offer anglers so much water to fish for a variety of different species of fish.  Snook get most of the attention inshore down here, but you may also catch some tarpon, sheepshead, ladyfish, pompano, jack crevalle, black drum and others.  This area is loading with awesome spots to fish inshore with all the mangroves, docks, bridges, creeks and islands.

Nearshore Fishing

Nearshore, anglers can target a variety of fish from the reefs and wrecks. Some boats can be found fishing the nearshore waters for snapper, grouper, king mackerel, bluefish, cobia and several other species of fish.

Deep Sea / Offshore Fishing

Anglers target a variety of different fish in the offshore waters around the Jupiter Inlet and Palm Beach Inlet.  These inlets give anglers access to the ocean and the pelagic species are caught fairly close to shore compared to other parts of Florida.  The gulf stream runs close to the shores of Palm Beach County, so at times, anglers may only have to run a few miles offshore to target billfish, mahi mahi, wahoo and tuna.  Mix in the snapper, grouper, king mackerel, amberjack, cobia, sharks and many other species of fish and you have so many options offshore.

Surf & Pier Fishing

Pier Fishing

This area has some excellent fishing opportunities from the surf and pier. The Juno Beach Fishing Pier attracts many anglers and the fishing can be very good off the pier. You can catch a variety of different fish from the pier such as snook, sheepshead, cobia, sharks, kingfish, pompano, Spanish mackerel, amberjack, whiting, pompano and others.

For anglers looking to do some jetty fishing, the Jupiter Inlet offers some excellent fishing for snook and many different species of fish. You can fish the inlet 24 hours from the jetty and night fishing is popular here because snook can be a lot easier to catch at night.

Surf Fishing

From the surf, anglers can catch many different species of fish, but when the pompano are running, they get most of the attention.  Whiting, snook and spanish mackerel are also popular from the surf.  There are several other species of fish that you can catch on the beaches in the area.
