Welcome to our Palatka, Florida Fishing Home Page

Palatka, Florida is a small town in the northeastern part of Florida.  It is about a 35 minute driver from St. Augustine and only an hour from Jacksonville if you aren’t driving during higher traffic times.  For most people visiting Florida, Palatka is a town they have never heard of, however, many anglers come back to this town year after year to experience the excellent fishing.  Most anglers come here to fish the St. Johns River for huge largemouth bass.  The fishing is also very good for crappie, catfish and a variety of sunfish.  This area is home to local fish camps, some hotels and quite a few fishing guides to help you plan a better trip.
