Moose Pass, Alaska

Moose Pass is located on the Kenai Peninsula east of Kenai.  This small, picturesque town has an abundance of moose as well as other wildlife and some beautiful scenery.  There are some lakes right in town, but most anglers that come to Moose Pass will get their lodging in town and head just west to the Kenai river and Kasilof river.  The salmon fishing is outstanding on these rivers.  There are a quite a few fishing guides in Moose Pass that offer salmon and trout fishing trips, but if you are looking for more options, just check out the nearby towns of Soldotna and Kenai and you will find plenty of fishing guides and charters.
