There are good numbers of perch in Lake Nipissing and you have a lot of water to target them.  In the spring, it will be the easiest time to catch them as they can be found in shallower water in the bays near vegetation.  In summer and fall, it’s a little harder to find the better quality fish as they go deeper, but there are still plenty of places to find these fish around the weeds and rocks.  Deeper weed lines usually produce some good fish throughout the summer and into the fall.  Big schools of these fish will roam out in deeper water on the main lake in the summer and fall.  You can also catch them throughout the French River.  Target the weed beds all along the river and you should find some perch.
