Trolling isn’t popular among most anglers when fishing for spotted bass, but it can be effective. Slow troll with live baits and soft plastics in deeper water or break out the big motor and troll crankbaits or swimbaits. These techniques will work, but often times, casting or drop shotting will be much more effective.
