Crane Lake is a 355 acre lake located in Forest County. It has a maximum depth of 25 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from a public boat landing. Fish include panfish, largemouth bass, northern pike and walleye. The lake’s water clarity is low. According to the DNR, panfish are abundant in the lake. Largemouth bass and northern pike are considered common and walleye are listed as present in the lake.
