Barracuda are common around the reefs and wrecks in the nearshore and offshore waters of Miami, Florida. There is so much good deep water structure close to shore off of Miami that anglers have access to lots of good spots to catch some barracuda. Anglers usually target grouper and snapper, but will catch an occasional barracuda as well. However, if you want to target them here, you can definitely do that.
