Scrounger Jigheads

Scrounger jigheads work great for rigging a variety of soft plastic finesse worms and minnow baits.  A slow and steady retrieve can be deadly in the rivers with just a super slow retrieve.  They will work in lakes and ponds too, but in rivers, they can be really good.
