Put-in-Bay is an incorporated village that is located on South Bass Island in Ohio. This
village has a population of around 100, but that number swells a bit during the summer.
Put-In-Bay is a popular vacation destination on Lake Erie. You will find many small
hotels and vacation rentals on the island and there is a ferry service that connects it
with Catawba Island, Kelleys Island, Port Clinton, and Sandusky, Ohio. The fishing is
good near the islands for walleye, smallmouth bass and perch.
