Monroe is a decent-sized city located near the Lake Erie coastline in Monroe County,
Michigan. There are about 22,000 residents, but many more people are here visiting
throughout the summer. Monroe is also a port for Lake Erie. The fishing is excellent
out of Monroe and there are many fishing charters available.
