Moorhead is a lot smaller than Fargo, but it is basically its next door neighbor. You will find lodging and dining options in Moorhead, but there is a lot more available just over the river in Fargo, North Dakota.

As of 2020, the city had a population of nearly 60,000 people. There are a lot of lodging and dining options in this city. Just like with Fargo and Moorhead, you are going to find that it is built up much more in North Dakota than in Minnesota.

East Grand Forks is a city in Polk County, Minnesota. The population was a little more than 9,000 in 2020. It is a smaller community, but when you combine it with its neighbor just over the river (Grand Forks, ND), you have everything you need to enjoy a fishing trip to this part of the Red River.
