Lake Erie is the tenth largest lake on Earth and the fourth
largest of the five Great Lakes. Lake Erie is located farther
south than the other lakes and it is the shallowest. The lake is
bounded on the north by Ontario, Canada and on the south by
Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York and on the west by
Michigan. Lake Erie is arguably the best walleye fishery in the
country. There are numerous fishing charters located along the
shores of Lake Erie and thousands of fishermen enjoy fishing
this lake every year. Salmon and trout are available in Lake
Erie, but most anglers enjoy fishing for walleye, smallmouth
bass and perch on this lake.
