The Gile Flowage is a larger lake that covers 3,138 acres. It has a maximum depth of 25 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from public boat landings. Fish include muskie, walleye, northern pike, smallmouth bass and panfish. According to the Wisconsin DNR, walleye are considered abundant while the other species of fish listed are common in the lake.
