Perch are secondary here, but you can find them in many of the lakes up here. Many anglers will catch perch while fishing for walleye with live bait. On many of the smaller lakes, perch will be the primary bait fish for the bass, walleye and pike to eat. There are some jumbo perch in this area, but most people come here to target the walleye and pike, not the perch.
