J-Plugs:  J-plugs are a great lure for trolling because of their fast,
darting action that resembles a bait fish.  You can run j-plugs on flat lines
for catching fish in shallow water or just fish higher up in the water
column, on lines with weights to run deeper or even on downriggers to
target fish in extremely deep water.  Most anglers that troll for salmon and
trout on big waters will have some j-plugs in their tackle box.  They are
very effective and if you troll for salmon and trout, you can benefit from
using some of these lures.
