There are so many places where you can go to catch bigger yellow bass. Most anglers don’t target them, so they are usually underfished. The only big problem you have with catching bigger yellow bass is that they don’t get very big and if you upsize your baits too much, you’re going to catch a lot less of them. Go slightly bigger with your minnows and your jigs and you’ll definitely attract more big fish bites. If you are getting a lot less bites, you’re probably going to want to downsize again if you’re looking for action.
