Steamboat Lake totals 1775 acres and has a maximum depth of 93 feet. It is located near Cass Lake, MN there is a DNR-owned public access on the northeast shore just off Highway 371. The fishing is good in this lake for a variety of fish. Anglers can target walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass, bluegill, crappie, rock bass and perch.
